酒店回复: Thankyou for your feedback but please add how rude and aggressive you were towards the staff in reception, did not want to give any details of your room or name, reception did apologize to you and was fixed immediately you were informed if you had rung that night we could of stopped this issue of door not being locked, you chose not to ring so therefore unaware of your issue until your very rude self came down to reception, thankyou for not going to stay again i really appreciate it.

Terrible smell in the hallway, no milk for coffee, cleaners knocking on door to see if your checking out that day at 9:20, bed was the normal two beds together but the mattress felt old as it was lumpy and not straight

Very disappointed with my stay. Bathroom floor was dirty the bath mat was black after the shower. . I could not shower alone as I could not open the shower door. Very dangerous. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk berated my partner on the 3rd day when he helped himself to the complimentary sweets saying 'they cost me money you know'. This was despite her insisting on the 1st day to help ourselves. Will not be staying here again. Very different to the Centro Apartments in Oaka Lane we previously stayed at

酒店回复: im very sorry you found your mat black AFTER your shower, i personally would of gone down and seen reception, the showers are very safe with a magnetic door if you had come and seen reception they would of assisted you, you were here for three days and not one complaint in fact when you first came here you stated how nice it was and far better from the other hotels, you enjoyed the slushies EVERYDAY you enjoyed pacifically coming to reception to grab not one choc but handful .. yes they are complimentary on arrival not for guests like yourself helping themselves everyday ,

Big complex. Three floors. No lift! Room was on 3rd floor! Room was a good size. Furniture old and tired. Curtains torn and badly water stained. Lock on balcony door was not attached to the wall so wouldn't lock. Kitchen was sparsely equipped. Not enough cutlery. Plates were dirty-had to wash them before we used them. Wouldn't stay here again.

Gladstone Downtown Central Apartment – 4/5
I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at the end of a hectic few nights of motel hopping, and it was exactly what I needed—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfy spot to sit and read, plenty of parking, and a quiet, calm atmosphere. The friendliness of the reception staff and the overall quality were reflected in the price. A great option if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay in Gladstone.
