虽然定的没客房打扫，但是需要什么问前台要就好。厨具垃圾有专门的水池处理所以也没啥需要清理的。

酒店地理位置好，临近阿尔伯特公园和皇后街，步行至奥大六七分钟，购物散步很方便。海景房日景夜景都很美。房间配有厨房，工具一应俱全，适合小住一段时间。

探索中央商务区和美术馆的完美基地❤️从3011房间看出去，海港景色美不胜收，还能看到独树山。唯一的缺点是床感觉有点旧了，而且其他住客有点粗鲁。安全的停车场也非常棒。前台员工很友好，解决房间问题效率很高。
很棒的住宿体验。干净整洁，设施一流，去哪里都方便。
我们住的是海港景观房——景色美极了。
奥克兰我最喜欢的酒店。位于市中心，8楼有一个带浴池和休息区的漂亮泳池。酒店门前是一个带喷泉和树木的美丽公园。房间宽敞，提供茶、咖啡、水壶、糖和洗浴用品，Wi-Fi连接也很稳定。允许延迟退房1小时。上午11点后每延迟一小时需支付20美元。考虑到酒店的地理位置和房间设施，每晚的价格相当划算。
位置环境都很好，自己加钱升级了公园景房间，就是走廊的隔音不是太好，如果门换隔音或加隔音条就好了。洗澡的水时很热时很冷不是太稳定
位置非常便利，干净、安静，还有厨房和洗衣设施，我感觉就像住在奥克兰一样。
套方大，干净整洁，地理位置极其优越。
虽然房型给我不是我订的海景房，但是携程沟通后赔偿了我一点钱，也算不错了。
超级满意！房间很大非常干净，还能看到海。房间内设施非常齐全，洗衣机，烘干机，烤箱，微波炉等全都有，真的太方便了！周围环境特别好，对面就是一个公园，周围吃的也很多。而且离皇后街，天空塔等景点都可以步行到达！
