We loved the huge self contained apartment with amazing water views. The meals at both Koconut Willy's and Three sixty restaurants were amazing. Also loved the beach walks and fresh seafood place next door. All staff were fantastic.

I checked in at 2pm on a Saturday and there was no staff there, the front door was locked and I couldn't get to the front desk. I called to ask but they couldn't get to the front desk. They didn't understand I was outside and kept asking me the safe number even though the key was in the safe. Really annoying.

We loved staying here - great location - very comfortable room - easy access to everything we wanted - will definitely stay again

很美的地方，就在海滩旁边，宽敞舒适。就是联系工作人员有点困难。
家人突发紧急医疗情况，竟然不给退款？太离谱了吧？
我预订了一套公寓，用于参加在黄金海岸（我住在布里斯班）举行的培训。结果我连一晚都没住。
第一天我晚上 6 点就到了。以前从来没来过这个地方。前台和后台的接待区都关着。我不得不通过对讲机和某人通话，但通话只持续了几分钟，然后就断线了。客户服务不好。在接待处发出指示后，我无法打开房门。（在电话中）我不得不通过对讲机与同一个人通话，所以我拿着行李去通话，并在门口放了一箱水。我离开不到 10 分钟，回来时发现水被拿走了。
作为一个单身女性，我感到沮丧和不安全。我抱怨过，但被人用煤气灯照看。我再也不会回来了
我们在顶层公寓度过了一段愉快的时光＞虽然已经有些年头了，但它很宽敞，家具齐全。大号床很舒服，但我的成年孩子发现单人床很硬。
我们已经重新预订了明年的机票。
酒店位于海滩前，停车方便。
清洁度极差
地毯上有污渍，地毯上也有污渍
这不是服务式公寓，毛巾、洗发水或肥皂都不够
没有提供婴儿床
周六接待人员有限，周日没有工作人员。
不值得我们花钱。永远不会再去那里了
