非常好的酒店和服务
雅诗阁管理团队的行为绝对令人无法接受。我在这里进行为期两周的工作项目，需要不分昼夜地工作，并且大量时间都花在电脑上。昨晚（2025年11月10日）我工作到很晚，现在（2025年11月11日）还有很多工作需要在房间里的电脑上跟进。然而，从今天早上8:30开始，隔壁/楼上的房间就一直被一个施工队在钻孔和敲打。截至发稿时，这种情况已经持续了4个多小时，这绝非简单的“维护”。真正让我感到愤怒的是前台和管理团队的漠视。我多次与他们沟通，他们只是说会请保安调查一下。这就是他们全部的关注点。他们什么都没做，甚至连事先通知我一声让我另作安排，或者帮我换个房间的礼貌都没有。如果您选择入住雅诗阁酒店，请做好忍受这种行为的准备。
利雅得还有更干净的酒店可以选择，而且性价比更高。这家酒店的管理层需要好好培训。
酒店很漂亮，房间就像酒店公寓一样，宽敞舒适，设施齐全。食物很棒，员工非常热情周到。前台的每个人都很热情友好，尤其是Ghada和Sarah。
安顿好后，我的朋友过来问候我，并带了些吃的（我来之前四处奔波，非常疲惫）。帮我办理入住的前台人员敲门并要求访客离开，态度非常不友好，这与我在利雅得（以及沙特其他地区）这座美丽的城市及其居民感受到的热情和慷慨大方截然相反。这种行为咄咄逼人，甚至带有侵犯性，严重缺乏隐私和礼貌。当然，我理解登记访客的规则。然而，这并不能解释前台与住店客人（我）之间沟通的语气和方式。这并非我第一次来利雅得，之前也从未遇到过任何沟通问题。出于好奇，我预订了雅诗阁，因为他们声称自己在接待方面非常出色，但工作人员似乎并不乐于助人，热情好客。遗憾的是，我不得不另寻其他选择，最后退房。我完全不推荐这家酒店。
