The building is nice and new but the workers are not working. Front desk has minimal service, lobby garbage overflowing, no breakfast available, no towels in our bathroom.

I didn’t get the room I had originally paid for and the room I did get had some dirty spots. However price wise it could’ve been worse I guess

Staff was very friendly, hotel was super clean. Convenient location right off the interstate, lots of food and shopping nearby, but yet the hotel felt kind of secluded.

Avid is a great place to stay as a stopover on our long trip. People were great and breakfast was good.

For a handicap person (son) that his legs are almost none functional the beds were almost to high.
