Air-conditioning replacement units in some rooms is definitely on the list, but we have already spent a substantial amount on renovations such as carpet, shower screens, vanities, upgraded WiFi, new security cameras, EV charging station etc. We can't do it all at once unfortunately, but it will be done as soon as possible. Dont stay there!
I wouldn't ever stay there again. We let them know that the room smelled when entered, because the toilet was leaking on the floor, their reply was "well we have fixed some of them". The window in the bathroom had no latch and couldn't be shut completely. The carpet was sticky. Heat pump positioned next to the bed blowing over our sleeping position resulting in a cold. Wifi password there in the room but wasnt connected so only able to watch free to air tv. Was told by manager that it was a smart tv (which wont work if there isnt internet). Their advertising says high speed internet. Paid over the top price because Bathurst 1000 was on.

酒店回复: Perhaps if you choose to make online complaints, you should stick to the truth and not make defamatory comments. The toilet was loose due to you or another guest, and was not leaking at all, and would only be water if it was. We had plumbers in as soon as possible to fix the damage. Have no idea what you are talking about with the carpet or what a heat pump is, and all windows shut with no problem. The wifi works fine as we had it upgraded to the highest possible speed. It isn't designed for downloading movies of any sort, however many guests have played games on them and watched Netflix. It only seems to be you who had any issue with it. Obviously if you come to Bathurst during the Bathurst 1000, you would expect to pay more than the standard price, however we have consistently checked, and we charge less than any other motel during this period.

I was able to get a ground floor room which was great for me at reasonably short notice. Even though it is on a busy road the traffic noise wasn't noticable.

A solid family room for family
This is a third stay here and happy regarding its location, and size of the room. It is a basic room but clean enough.

Property was well positioned with easy access, staff were polite and friendly, room was comfortable.
Wind whistled around door at night and outside lights made sleeping difficult.

酒店回复: Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately it was windy everywhere due to the cyclone and it is rarely like that. Outside lights are for safety and security, but blockout curtains generally keep the light out, but thanks for letting us know.
