酒店回复: Thanks for your review and feedback Joanna. We only took over the motel in March, following years of neglect by the previous owner. Air-conditioning replacement units in some rooms is definitely on the list, but we have already spent a substantial amount on renovations such as carpet, shower screens, vanities, upgraded WiFi, new security cameras, EV charging station etc. We can't do it all at once unfortunately, but it will be done as soon as possible. Thanks for staying with us.

I was able to get a ground floor room which was great for me at reasonably short notice. Even though it is on a busy road the traffic noise wasn't noticable.

A solid family room for family
This is a third stay here and happy regarding its location, and size of the room. It is a basic room but clean enough.

Property was well positioned with easy access, staff were polite and friendly, room was comfortable.
Wind whistled around door at night and outside lights made sleeping difficult.

酒店回复: Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately it was windy everywhere due to the cyclone and it is rarely like that. Outside lights are for safety and security, but blockout curtains generally keep the light out, but thanks for letting us know.

Basic amenities in room, bed was nice and comfortable and slept well despite traffic noise, friendly staff.
