Rooms & complex were clean & tidy. Only bins for rubbish were outside the complex. Red bin in bbq area wasnt emptied, even though it was full, the staff were going through taking out cans. Same as the bin in the pool area. More bins clearly maked cans/bottles & general rubbish would be a good improvement. This would not stop me from further stays in the future.

I loved the location and apartments, especially the pool. Some of the rooms have been renovated, such as kitchen and laundry. We had to use the sofa bed due to numbers and the mattress was paper thin. Unfortunately we had hundreds of ants in the bedrooms every afternoon/night, and in the beds and suitcases. When I contacted the manager he said he wasn't able to assist and started to say "they're just ants." We placed single bed mattresses on lounge floor to avoid being bitten every day. Wi-Fi didn't work and tv reception was very poor. The biggest disappointment was dealing with the manager who was unhelpful and rude on every occasion. Office was regularly closed hours earlier than advertised.

Darwin Stay
This is not a 5 star resort but is clean, tidy and a very friendly run small complex. Free parking, very central and I can walk everywhere. Excellent Internet and very comfortable.
My second time back and won't not be my last

Pros: Comfortable beds,ceiling fans are good,quiet downstairs unit,stayed cool inside without having to constantly have air conditioning on,nice pool, handy location.Wi Fi works well.Cons:Uncomfortable lounge,small cheap tv,dirty rangehood

Booking for 5. 3 beds and sofa bed. Arrived at 1am. Would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up. Not enough bedding. Male receptionist really not interested in offering any customer service. Ok if it is the last option but don’t expect any service. Good luck,

酒店回复: For over 20 years we have advertised bedding to suit 4 and a sofa bed for a 5th person. Never have we offered 5 beds. Not sure why you feel the need to mention the gender of the receptionist. Maybe you thought you would get them in trouble. In the morning you complained there was not an extra bed. The male receptionist then advised we have never advertised 5 beds. You then wanted a lake check out but unfortunately we could not as we were fully booked and needed to clean the apartment for incoming guests. We are a 3 star property, everything we advertise was available and you got what you paid for. Your review is just a blatant form of trying to hurt the reputation of a small family owned business. And no, the male receptionist will not get into trouble because it was me, the owner. You have a nice day Karen.

Two bedrooms with single beds in one room which was great for our needs. Beds were super comfy. Split systems for comfort. Washer & dryer were handy. Pool was a lovely area, cold though! Apartment wasn’t modern and “fancy”, however it was comfy and had everything we needed. The outside area was very nice. Plenty of off street parking. Secure locked gate into the apartments.

Apartment 4 is filled with ants there in the Kitchen,the bedrooms, the bathroom.They don’t clean the pool so it’s filled with seeds,dirt,and leaves.Not the best or the worst
