DO NOT STAY HERE, booked room for 2 nights and never stayed. We found needle caps, dirty lace underwear, pills, black mold, filthy walls, stab hole in door etc I wish I could upload photos. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! As a family we felt VERY unsafe with the other guests who were staying there. The photos shown online are very misleading

Staff were great room i know its a buget accommodation but a little more attention could happen eg family room but only had a crockery for 2 no microwave bowls no tea towel only 2 beach chairs a fold away table would be nice and a few marks on the wall but over all i would stay there again position position positon pitty about the pool gone also may be a bbq would be good also
超出预期。经理帮了我们很多，服务特别周到。强烈推荐。
大床房全部在一楼，房间很潮湿，东西放在桌子上两个小时上面就爬了很多蚂蚁。厕所浴帘上一层尿垢，难以直视。本来定了两晚，只住了一晚就逃离了。以后不会再来。如果是一个人不计较环境的话，价格和地点都是能接受的。带孩子出游不推荐。
ps：房间里一张单人床，一张双人床，单人床下面还有一层移动床可以推出来用，理论上四个成年人都能睡得下。
窗户是木头框，还有铁窗钩和插销，这玩意90年代以后我就没见过了。夸张的是有一扇窗户没插销，从房间外面随便开。第一天晚上我都没跟家里人说，怕他们睡不着觉……
酒店内部和淋浴设施需要翻新，非常老旧过时。淋浴间的地面很快就积水，排水不够快，体验感很不好。冬天会很冷，所以酒店需要暖气或取暖器。大床很舒服也很暖和，房间对于一个人来说很宽敞。前台工作人员很友好，总是面带微笑。不过，如果能提前告知我预订的单人间是否要换房就好了，这样我就不用拖着两个行李箱和装着笔记本电脑的手提包上下楼梯，因为这里没有电梯。让我惊讶的是，早上9点45分竟然有位女士敲我的门，说她要进来打扫房间，而我预订时写明退房时间是早上10点。这让我的退房体验变得非常糟糕。酒店位置很好，离海滩和克罗努拉市中心都很近，步行即可到达。
房间看起来像是七八十年代的装修，完全没有翻新过。床也特别硬。
房间没有打扫干净，抽屉里有烟草。有些角落灰尘很厚，不会再住
我没有在房间里过夜。我离开后回家了。
没有多余的毯子，没有饼干。
