The shower had a bad leak with dripping noise but not enough to prevent me from sleeping. Other than that the accommodation was good.

Disliked · Make sure you get one of the rooms you see in the photos. We ended up with the last room for the same price. Nothing like the ones on the website, small and stuffy. Had 3 nights booked and left after the first night. False advertising and no compensation but seems to get away with it. My motto: What goes around comes around.

Room was clean, basic breakfast served, aircon was cold, hot water limited, plenty of coffee packets.
But the biggest worry is that it is an old house with no fire alarms in room and there are a majority of electrical items.
Does have parking at rear of house, but must be small car, I drove a single cab hilux in, tight driving out.

This B&B was a very clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for one night. The only thing that could use improvement is the "continental breakfast." The offerings are quite light in comparison to what a "continental breakfast" means in the U.S. There was also no butter to go with the vegemite; and you can't access the milk/juice/bread in the kitchen until 7AM. Make sure to bring your own hair conditioner, as only shampoo, soap, and body wash were provided.
