酒店地理位置优越，房间干净整洁，条件符合五星标准，服务员态度和蔼可亲，工作效率高。饭店菜品也不错，值得推荐。这次入住唯一不方便的就是酒店的地下车库不太好找，费了一些周折。
每次入住都是一次很棒的体验，尤其是门口那些迎接我们并帮助我们停车的先生们。我们已经来过这家酒店很多次了。
地理位置不错，服务员都很热情，就算中规中矩，没什么太大问题，但是也没什么太大亮点，以后再来法兰克福也许会找其他酒店再尝试一下。

餐食也很一般
我们坐了长途飞机到达之后 和酒店沟通是否可以提前一小时入住 因为带着孩子，酒店非常的强势并且死板 回复如果想提前 哪怕只是提前一小时 也是需要付费升级更贵的房型
而我当时看是临时都还有房间可订 也就是说 这么贵收费的酒店 在有房的情况下 不愿意给我们做调房 不考虑我们的感受 就让我们一家坐在大堂干等 无人过问，感受非常差！
