糟糕的沟通
在我预订并预付款后，我开始收到大量电子邮件，声称我必须提供我的信用卡以确保安全，否则他们可能会取消我的预订。

我还预订了一套一居室公寓，结果给了我一套两居室公寓，公寓里到处都有标志，威胁说如果使用其他房间/浴室，将收取额外费用。
