酒店回复: Hi Terry,I am suprised that your stay was ruined by the fact that we asked you, as a courtesy to remove all rubbish and set the dishwasher (amongst other things). We have used this same departure letter for several years without offence, and feedback is often positive as we remind guests of several things to assist in an easy departure. The "offending" remark is as follows:"Please remove all rubbish and start the dishwasher if you have used it. We ask that you lock all windows & doors and ensure that the air-conditioners are turned off before your departure. Please note that fees apply if the room is left in an unreasonable condition." If you take that as a repeated threat then I am sorry, as it was never meant to offend. I dont know where your "happy medium" can be found as all reactions are subjective.

客房非常宽敞舒适。酒店内有健身房、烧烤区和游泳池，非常适合长期入住。离最近的巴士站大约5分钟路程，海滩也近在咫尺！

入住时的工作人员友好热情。地理位置优越，我们很幸运地订到了一间可以欣赏水景并带阳台的房间，可以一边享用晚餐，一边欣赏夏季风暴的侵袭。
虽然靠近高速公路，但我们听不到任何交通噪音，也听不到其他公寓的噪音。
房间干净宽敞。靠近商店，离冲浪者天堂中心也不远。
泳池、健身房等设施都很棒，停车位也很棒。
唯一需要改进的地方是能建个电梯，方便那些无法爬楼梯的人入住。
我们很享受这次入住，很乐意再次入住。

房子老旧破败，缺少衣物和行李存放空间。清洁度和维护状况与价格不符。停车场到公寓没有电梯。我们要求安排一间楼梯少一些的公寓，但没有得到。
虽然我确实理解人们需要让房屋保持干净和合理的状态，但在我看来，将所有垃圾倒入停车场垃圾箱的重复指示（威胁或风险收费）与他们额外支付的服务相冲突。
找到快乐的媒介是平衡的挑战，但现在，我认为这太过分了，让我感到不满意。
