酒店回复: Max, I'm sorry you did not have a good experience with us. You booked the most affordable apartment after hours for same night arrival that was ground level next to the pool. Oversights can be made with cleaning, however, that particular apartment is tired not unclean, the beds are made with white linen only and a runner at the end of the bed - housekeeping have a reject pile that go back to the linen company. Staying in a metropolis such as the Gold Coast there will always be noise. We wish you well Max.

Every unit does have their own adjustable air control panel to control and regulate temperature. If their was an issue or you were unaware how to operate we could have sent someone up to show you.

Being self contained apartments unfortunately if we didn't kindly ask guests to remove rubbish and leave units in a clean and respectful manner rubbish and things like dishes get left in a terrible state which takes cleaners longer than the cost and set time of what is built into offering lower rates. Cleaners do still thoroughly clean the apartment to an expected level for incoming guests.

我通常住在库兰加塔，但这次决定住在附近的基拉。这间公寓不太干净，墙上有洞，踢脚板也磕坏了。厨房的盘子和玻璃器皿需要重新清洗。考虑到我付的价格，我的期望值更高。这里确实需要翻新，也需要更专业的清洁人员来为下一批客人提供更好的入住体验。

入住很方便，员工非常友好和乐于助人。我们预订了一间 2 卧室海景房，后来升级到了顶楼的顶层公寓（704 号房间），可以使用 5 间卧室中的 2 间（根据我们的预订）。顶层公寓的空间和设施都很棒，街对面的海滩景色令人难以置信。电梯总是超级快，我们喜欢安全的指定停车位。一些缺点：家具和装饰肯定是老化了，需要一些维护，因为我们注意到橱柜和梳妆台被水损坏了，表面剥落了（盐和水的损坏显然会造成这种情况），但总的来说，公寓还是令人满意的。希望主卧室有一台电视，我觉得其中一间较小的房间（封闭的）有电视很奇怪。地毯上有很多污渍，休息室也有污渍和痕迹。当我们拉开主卧室的窗帘时，我们还在窗帘后面发现了一些旧的一次性拖鞋，另一间卧室的衣柜地板上有垃圾和旧衣架，显然清洁工的工作做得不好，这令人失望。清洁工还应该负责将干净的碗碟从洗碗机中取出，以便用干净的手或一次性手套进行操作以确保卫生，而不是让度假者自己手洗或用洗碗机清洗然后收起来，因为这不能确保正确的卫生或清洁习惯。

我们的住宿很愉快。公寓有点陈旧，需要细心打理，但除此之外干净舒适。游泳池和水疗中心早上 8 点开放，晚上 9 点关闭，如果能延长开放时间就更好了，尤其是在夏季。隔壁的施工队早上 6:30 开始施工，所以请带上耳塞。无论如何，我们住得很愉快。
