I booked a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom for a girls reunion and there were no complaints from the 5 of us. The rooms where very clean, the beds very comfortable and more importantly plenty of wine glasses for the bottles of bubbly we had to celebrate. The view on the 21st floor was nothing less than spectacular and the location superb and very convenient, take the lift to the first floor for Woolworths and the bottle shop and then down onto the street for many numerous eateries and restaurants . A big thank you to the lovely Heidi who from the first instance on the phone booking these rooms and following up, nothing was too much trouble for her and on arrival went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed ad made us feel very welcome. Cannot wait to stay there again and would highly recommend this place for your next holiday stay in Coolangatta.

If you stay more than 2 nights be prepared to bring toilet rolls, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher machine detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee pods, oil, vinegar, flour in fact all the pantry items most apartments supply for self catering guests. This is more motel style, measly little sachets of detergents, no extra loo rolls, a few t bags and sugar sachets and no condiments at all. The vintage kitchen equipment made me quite nostalgic.

Points North is ideally situated in the heart of Coolangatta. We received a text at 9a.m.stating our unit was ready.Our unit was clean with great views, huge T.V. and comfortable beds. Would recommend to disabled travellers as the 3 lifts are in use.

Our sixth stay at Points North since February 2023. We are Points North tragics and #PointsNorthForLife This time, we had a Property Manager in our group. Who commented how clean everything was. Some of our group have already booked their next stay. I'm off to check my calendar to work out when I can slot that in!

It’s our 4 th stay at this site and we are very happy to stay again. Comfortable beds and clean. Great views, parking and facilities available. Surf Club across the road, and many restaurants downstairs. Love the hosts and all over a 5 experience

The apartment had fantastic views. Everything you could need was in the set up apartment. We stayed a few days as a family. Location is great and staff couldn't do more to help. Cleanliness was top notch. Have stayed two times and will come back again.
