The apartment you were in has a new couch, we've got all new linen and bedding. Yes the old wooden varnish on the table can get a bit sticking. In regards to the bugs. As you were on the ground floor if you leave the door open they can come inside, unfortunately this isn't something we can control.

In regards to the see-though blinds, they were shown on the photos when you booked and when you called me about it I got them changed to block out ones straight away. I feel this 2/5 is very harsh.
酒店回复: Yes we provide enough to laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper to get you through a short vist 2 nights after that They are self contained non serviced apartments, I am sorry the kitchen utensils were dirty I will have a word to our cleaners about double checking those items, I did come to see you at 10am check out time and although you may not have seen me do it to others I do chase everyone who has not left at ten to check out as our cleaners are waiting by then to get in and do there jobs. I am sorry you felt badly about the service but it was as advertised a self contained unit with check out at 10am

The unit was a great ,well spaced unit , just repainted .
Plenty of room only thing was the shower floor was very slippery . Well stocked unit with matching units.

Nice holiday apartment. Spacious and clean. Two storey block and they've had some significant flooding recently so all the ground floor apartments were being refitted while we were there. But our upstairs apartment was fine and exactly what we wanted.

酒店回复: Hi Michelle,Unfortunately due to the floods we had, our laundry was damaged and we are waiting on insurance which you can imagine takes some time.We hope you still had a great time regardless.
泳池不错，浴室也不错。除了房间很脏，里面到处都是粘糊糊的虫子，设施陈旧过时，冰箱生锈，所有东西都过期了。而且离餐厅很远。

住宿还行。但是厨房用品很脏。卫生纸、洗衣液、洗洁精都用完了。你得自己买。早上10点，那位女士就在我们门口告诉我们退房时间，我入住期间没看到她这样做过，也没看到其他人这样做。
