The views are breath taking. Watching a storm rolling in and seeing lightning through the clouds was amazing. Close proximity to the sand dunes for a picnic at sunset was ideal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rainbow Ocean Palms Resort. Very clean and spacious apartment with breathtaking views. The amenities were fantastic and so close to the bars, restaurants, cafes and beautiful beaches. Only a short drive/taxi down. Not that far to walk to access the most amazing beaches and views. A beautiful spot to stay as a couple or with family and friends. We will definitely be staying next time we visit beautiful Rainbow Beach.

The property was beautifully decorated, with great views. Location was perfectly situated between the 2 sand blows.
But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc.
Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. The noise coming from the appartment above at night time was constant, as they had children running around at all hours of the night and the use of the spa from above after 9pm. From other bedrooms the elevator was heard a lot, kids were playing in the lift early and then during check out we were wait for ages, as the kids were playing with them holding them up.

Stunning views. This place is at the top of a very steep hill which means the views are amazing but not great for walking to and from town. It was quiet and relaxing. The rooms are nice but are in need of an upgrade. Mold on the blinds and water damage is a little off putting, but overall worth the effort to get there.

6号公寓。入住日期：2023年12月22日至27日。景色优美，可欣赏到灌木丛和海洋的交汇美景。然而，公寓本身却令人大失所望。地板黏糊糊的，满是沙子，由于我们带着11个月大的宝宝，不得不自己吸尘和拖地。公寓非常破旧，家具陈旧过时，装饰也早已过时。厨房和浴室亟需翻新。单抽屉洗碗机对于家庭公寓来说太小了。微波炉很脏，里面还有融化的奶酪。餐具也早就该换了。我在当地的垃圾场都见过比这更好的餐具。我们在冰箱上方的橱柜里发现了**用具。经理（迈克尔）的回应是清洁工肯定没注意到。经理没有道歉，只是耸了耸肩，说“你们想让我怎么办！”床很舒服，但是没有被套，被子就放在两张床单中间。阳台又脏又满是沙子。 6号公寓全是硬地板，没有一块地毯。主浴室的马桶每次冲水都会漏水。淋浴喷头裂开了，打开时水到处喷溅，根本没法用。每个浴室只有一个小小的毛巾架。排气扇积满了灰尘和绒毛。客厅的电视很小，只有32英寸。卧室没有电视。虽然有无线网络，但速度超级慢。并非所有窗户都有卷帘，通往阳台的玻璃门只有一层薄纱帘，与相邻公寓的隐私性很差。无边泳池经常人满为患，在我们入住期间一次也没有人打扫过。我们一家和另外四个家庭一起旅行，他们的房间在家具、装饰、整体状况和清洁度方面都比我们好得多（尤其是11号和14号公寓）。我们都支付了相同的价格，但房间标准较低，价格也应该更低才对。公平地说，管理非常糟糕，因为这家酒店的所有问题都反映出他们无法维持基本的待客之道、房间条件和客户关系。
