The staff was very nice, the room was exceptionally clean and modern and the free breakfast was great. The only thing that I have a slight issue with is that there was $100 hold placed on my card which I wasn’t aware of when I booked my room. The website didn’t mention anything about it. Otherwise I would have given a five star review. All in all I had a great experience, if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stay there again

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Regarding the room: There were small holes in the walls near each bed; the ceiling had a couple areas in middle of room that needed patching, and other areas near the window showed grout work. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Thank you.

Our bed was comfortable, our towels could have been nicer. The room was clean, but the common areas (hallways & elevator were not in kept condition. The breakfast staff person was very polite and friendly, kudos to her.

我的退房时间是11点,女服务员10点20分就进来了,门上挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子。她翻看了我的物品,甚至还拍了我的私密物品。非常不专业。
