Check in was great. Room was a nice size. Bathroom did have lots of moisture and some mold on the ceiling, that I did inform the desk about. Evening customer service was not great. We needed more towels so I called down. I tried 3 calls within about 5 mins. No answer. I went down to the desk and the young lady was on her phone. She looked at me and then said to the phone "Hold on", rudely asked what I needed, handed me a few towels and before I could speak up to say more, she picked her phone back up and started talking.

Great place to stay clean, nice room with lots of space. Only down fall was there was a front office staff who didnt look they wanted to work there. Not nice or helpful when checking in. Over all i would stay there again

The room was big enough, staff was nice, breakfast would be nicer if it opened on time and you were able to serve yourself vice waiting for someone to serve you. There was only one lady trying to take care of serving food, cleaning, and restocking in 2 different rooms. Pricey for amenities.

Hotel building is really old. Hallway carpets are so dirty, I was thinking my shoes would get dirty (seriously). Room layout for a one bedroom unit was strange. Overall, below average.

Cleaning staff was not very friendly. They never were welcoming or said hi. Our TV didn't work the whole time we were there. We asked to have someone look at it. It still didn't work. The Internet was in and out throughout the day mostly at night.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! Wish I had realized sooner that, in order to get your room serviced, you had to put the maid service request out. I haven't stayed in a motel for several years. And it used to be that they knocked and cleaned your room unless you had a Do Not Disturb sign. And the maid sign was used for more immediate service. I took my own trash out on a couple occasions until a couple ladies told me.Oh, you have to put your maid service sign out if you want your room done.I had no idea. I would definitely stay there again in a quick moment even with the misunderstanding on my part.
