The hotel room is small, but that was enough for two people and three suitcases. Bathroom is spacious and well organized. I did not like the fact of not being able to open any windows in the room. Staff is very polite and willing to help. There's a small fitness center. The hotel is located near Times Square and the Central park. You can do lots of things on foot.

On my travels to NYC I almost always stay at the WJH, even though the rooms are sometimes small, they are always very clean and cozy, the staff is kind, listening and always ready to help. One of the important reasons to stay in this hotel chain is the walking tours around the neighborhood,I learn a lot about NYC, things and curiosities that are not found in travel guides. Another good thing is that the JFK train arrives at the corner and the Japanese restaurant next door is a must.

Great neighborhood location, with many great Hell’s Kitchen dining options nearby. Close enough to theaters/Times Square to walk, but removed from the congestion. Definitely sign up for one (or more) of the Streetwise NY walking tours, offered at no cost for guests of Triumph Hotels. We really enjoyed our tour with Andrew (Times Square/Rockefeller Center). This offering, along with neighborhood location, cleanliness, staff friendliness/helpfulness, boutique vibe, are all reasons we would recommend the WJ to friends and family.

The receptionist Diamond helped me print a few things for a conference I was in for. The staff were very accommodating and polite. I’m happy I stayed here. The hotel is really close to Time Square and tons of restaurants. I eat Paleo and it can be difficult to feed myself while traveling. Not an issue here.

The hotel had a great location and very helpful staff. The actual hotel was mediocre. Our room was very small, barely enough room to open our luggage. The washroom was also very small. We stayed here because everything was very expensive, but in the future I would spend more and stay elsewhere. Unless they revamp all their rooms, they felt dingy and old.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was decently large for an NYC room. Had coffee and water in the lobby for free which was nice. Staff were all very friendly, and the location is great. Price was what I would expect for a stay in NYC. The only downside was that it was a pain to get a late check out, couldn't request in advance, had to call at a certain time in the evening, and we were already in bed at this point.

Stayed for two nights, and was pleased with this hotel. The room was big and clean, comfy bed. Big and renovated bathroom, good shower. Friendly staff. Good location, just a couple of minutes to walk to Times Square. Complementary wifi was not so good, kept dropping out. Can recomend this hotel, we will stay here next time we visit New York!

Location is quiet good, all staff members are good specially Lesly, Bobby Now come bk to interior is quiet decent. They have old and renovated rooms. So all depends which one you looking for. I stayed for 9 days, and I felt staff were all good and helpful. They Don serve breakfast. They have though coffee time 7 am to 10 am everyday. And drinking water is bit unfacilited. As there is filer machine in gym area where in one has to go n fill the bottle. So if looking for fair price than go for it

Well located and good Hotel. Broadway and Times Square round the corner. The rooms are well sized and comfortable. Free coffee and thee is offered by the friendly staff in the morning. We recommend this hotel especially for parent and kids.
