Good location with nice staffs and the place was clean. However, our unit had an issue with inconsistent internet when we paid the resort fee already. Throughout three days, we've been constantly having an internet issue so I had to use my hotspot. We also had a toilet issue; at first, it was not resolved. We had to call the front desk again 11pmish. The security came and she fixed it.

Room was large. Our bed however had a bad spring and was very hard. It also had a mildew smell. These would be great for a family of 4 to stay. Front staff very helpful! Check in process was a breeze!

Everything good. Need better directions to help newcomers find their condo. Never got shower to work in room. Otherwise enjoyed.

The room was easy to book on line however, the room was not the cleanest. It had a rug that was dirty, old, and the tub/shower was dirty and also outdated. The staff was friendly upon check in and check out process.

房间都挺不错的，但我一位同事的房间出了点问题。她房间的沙发床外层/上垫有污渍，而且内垫（床）底部的情况也很糟糕。她本来不想抱怨的，但她说她会联系前台告知一下。这些污渍其实很容易就能蒸汽清洁掉。不过其他房间都很好。
公寓面积挺大，但有一股很难闻的味道。沙发污渍很多，看起来脏兮兮的。灰尘也很多，好像好几个月没人住一样。
非常干净、安静，床和枕头都很舒服，热水充足。咖啡机、冰箱、微波炉和餐具都是加分项。提供的咖啡和茶都很好喝。Crabtree & Evelyn的产品也很棒。每次来布兰森，这里都是我们的首选。
