First, they charge a $50 deposit on non-smoking rooms, but it is not listed anywhere on their site or *******. Then was charged an extra $20 on top of that for no reason. The sink was disgusting and the floor was sticky. Just didn't feel very clean and the area around felt unsafe.

Thank you for bringing the room condition to my attention, this will be addressed. We did not charge your card an additional 20. That is something you will need to take up your ba Also as mentioned, you had a receipt showing what we charged, and per your account the amount showing was “pending”. We cannot control the policy of each issuing bank. I in fact told you to call the bank and I can gave the deposit removed immediately so you do t have to wait till Tuesday, but you declined that offer. I hope you stay with us again in the future.
