Great stay, big place & nice location
We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the size and amenities included with two ensuite bathrooms. Its spacious, a short walk to the heart of Mandurah & you have your own single garage space.
Downside is that reception is at another location to pick up keys & if you have heavy bags you need to lift them up 1-2 flight of stairs (it is two storey). If you cannot walk up the stairs, don't stay here. The swimming pool is freezing in winter even though it says its heated!
Despite that, I highly recommend this place for a nice family getaway.

What a nightmare, travel to find the keys, no Recpetion on site, returning the keys 1st call was to a paddock
Ring them again for the correct instructions. 1 tv channel seriosly
我们预订了一套每晚600美元的公寓，以为住得挺好。结果我们订的是一套三层公寓，如果不是我们一行人中有人是我84岁的岳母，而且还有一位客人腿断了，这套公寓还算可以接受！我们卧室的灯具上挂满了厚厚的蜘蛛网，窗户上也没有百叶窗。晚上10点45分，我和妻子在床上拍了这张照片，整晚都是这么亮！绝对是一个无论如何都要避开的地方……
我们最近在这里住了两晚，观看了新年前夜的烟火表演，从这里步行到海滩只需 8 分钟。这套两居室公寓非常宽敞舒适，我们两个大人两个小孩住得非常舒服，泳池区很漂亮，一切都很干净。你可以坐在阳台上烧烤。唯一的缺点是空调，幸好我带了个风扇，但只能在一层开着，二层不太凉快，除非你在楼下关掉风扇。我肯定会再住这里的！主卧有 Foxtel 频道，但卧室没有。主卧的电视安装角度很奇怪，除非你想歪着脖子，否则根本没法在床上看。谢谢。
地理位置优越，泳池区很棒。
如果您开的是大型轿车/旅行车或四轮驱动车，停车会有点困难，而且没有空余停车位。
联排别墅布局合理，厨房宽敞，设施齐全，餐桌和椅子大概可以容纳入住人数（我们一共3人，所以餐桌周围只有这些椅子），卧室宽敞，两层楼都配有良好的空调，2间浴室，洗衣房外有一间化妆间，阳台上设有烧烤区和座椅。我们遇到了一个小问题，考虑到时间安排，我们尽可能地解决了，而且据说以后不太可能再出现问题。如果您上下楼梯不方便，这里不适合您。房子可以进行一些局部维修，但总体来说非常舒适。
房源位于联排别墅小区内，对于有孩子的家庭来说非常安全。我们的联排别墅很干净，大部分需要的东西都有。如果能提供一些清洁用品就更好了。室内光线比较暗，如果能安装更亮的灯泡和更好的百叶窗就更容易解决了。泳池和水疗中心的供暖不足（据说是太阳能供暖），导致进入时太冷，我们感到很失望。总的来说，这是一个非常棒的住处。与物业经理的沟通非常直接，而且非常友好。
