Comfortable unit easy access/ short walk to bar and restaurants off site.. Limited onsite amenities. Plunge pool units although advertised as private are shared and back onto main road. Very disappointing.

办理入住的工作人员尽力帮我们解决了问题,并在第二天晚上把我们换到了一间更大的两床公寓,公寓里还有一间酒店房间。然而,烹饪设施不足,没有烤箱,只有一个煎锅,而且煎锅摇摇晃晃,这意味着我们不得不一次煎一块牛排,吃掉煎熟的部分,然后再放回锅里,一次煎完,因为煎锅没有平放在炉灶上。唯一一把切菜的刀是钝的。只有一个微波炉用的盘子。
家具破损,地毯磨损严重,甚至破损到线头。广告上说是活动自行车,结果却坏了——没有刹车(刹车线就挂在那里),座垫也掉了,没有车铃,这对附近众多自行车/人行道上的其他使用者来说非常危险。我们只骑了一小会儿,就觉得太糟糕了,不敢再骑下去了。自行车基本上骑不动了。
我们复活节入住期间,酒店泳池边的按摩浴缸是绿色的,而且关闭了。
我已经向*******和雅高集团投诉了。*******给我退了部分款。目前还不知道雅高集团会怎么做。
这家酒店太棒了,感觉就像在度假村一样!我订了一间带浴缸和厨房的房间。虽然看起来时尚感不足,但住得很舒服。
浴室排水不畅,半夜上厕所要小心,以免滑倒。
