Very average, rooms/bathrooms need alot of work. First room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, we were given another room which was good but the shower screen was broken in that room. We didn’t even bother asking for a 3rd room. Pool, spa, gym and one lift were out of service no prior warning before booking. Good location could walk to every thing.

Lovely stay unfortunately the foxtel connection was poor so couldn’t use the tv to watch a movie. Small issue though ;)

酒店在图文巴市中心，旁边就是购物中心，有大型超市和餐馆，也有一家韩国超市，可以买到包子馒头方便面等食品，酒店房间内有微波炉，有电磁炉，锅碗瓢盆，可以自己做饭，挺方便的，也有停车场。
我这辈子住酒店最糟糕的一次体验！我们预付的订单明明清楚地描述并展示了带厨房的房间，但酒店却要我们支付一大笔额外费用才能入住这样的房间。更糟糕的是，当我们要求经理查看证据并考虑退款时，她非但没有以客户友好的方式解决这个明显的错误，反而态度强硬，试图指责我们没有意识到房源信息有误。当被暗示可能会收到差评时，她勃然大怒，威胁要采取法律行动，并跟着我们到街上大喊要将我们锁在酒店外面。后来，她又试图将误导性信息的责任推给携程网，拒绝退还任何额外费用，还对我们的行为进行不实指控。真是令人震惊！不用说，整个经历毁了我们的住宿和假期。
房间状况非常糟糕——老旧、有异味，亟需翻新。地毯翘起，浴室设施生锈，需要维修。整个房间弥漫着霉味，根本不值每晚500多美元的价格。
办理入住的工作人员态度很好。但我们绝不会再住这里了。这是我们最后一次入住。
靠近中央大购物中心。工作人员很友好。单间公寓设施齐全，但灰尘很多，需要维修。
