Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you regarding a late arrival, nor did we receive a response after trying to reach out to you earlier in the evening prior to closing, which meant we were unable to make the necessary arrangements to welcome you after hours.Our team is always happy to assist with flexible check-ins when informed ahead of time, and we regret that in this case, the lack of notice limited our ability to help. We appreciate your understanding that procedures like these are in place to ensure the smooth operation of our property and the safety and comfort of all guests.

We're truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations particularly regarding the bed comfort and issues with remotes and Wi-Fi. We have checked over the remotes and Wi-Fi and everything seems okay in the rooms you occupied.We have not long ago replaced all of our King beds with new beds and plan to continue to replace the remaining Queens in the near future. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable stay next time.

千万别住这里
太糟糕了。我到得很晚，他们不让我进去，说我得另找地方。我一整天都在离这里30分钟路程的地方工作，信号全无。晚上10点我到塞斯诺克时，收到了一条短信和一条未接电话。我按了前门的对讲机，被告知因为错过了晚上9点的接待，所以不能住，得另找地方住。我出差的时候在这家酒店住过六次，但再也没住过。
员工很棒，但床又旧又不舒服，有点令人失望。我们一共订了三个房间，每个房间都一样，因为床的问题，我们都睡不好。房间陈旧，水壶很大，三个房间的空调/暖气遥控器都坏了。无线网络也坏了，无法连接，也找不到提供的IP地址。位置很棒，办理入住的女士也很棒。
非常满意我们的住宿。和家人欢聚一堂。我们在距离塞斯诺克联赛俱乐部葡萄酒乡汽车旅馆约50米的地方吃了晚餐。这真是太理想了，因为我们不用开车去任何地方。
旅馆安静、干净，我们入住时值班的女士非常乐于助人，热情好客。
