我通常不会抱怨，但房间确实不太干净。床很新，房间也很宽敞，但浴室的瓷砖之间有霉点。从电梯到走廊，到处都是灰尘和霉味。绝对不值我们一晚320美元的房费。非常不满意。
这家酒店（204房间）特别破旧。厨房里的瓷砖又旧又脏。厨具极其有限，甚至连切菜用的菜刀都没有。淋浴间里长满了黑色的霉斑。空调噪音很大。沙发床极其不舒服，而且凹凸不平。最好把床垫拆掉睡在地板上，但即使这样也不舒服。电视又小又旧。户外阳台的家具也很旧，而且有污渍。公共区域的地毯也有污渍。这家酒店最多只能算个两星级酒店。
我去之前分配到的房间时，炉子上的煤气喷嘴开着。整个公寓都弥漫着浓重的煤气味。他们给我安排了一间新房间。我报告煤气问题时，被告知很可能是清洁工在打扫房间时不小心打开了煤气喷嘴。我觉得这不太可能，也觉得很危险，但我的投诉却没有得到重视。

舒适，设有游泳池，并可在酒店内享用额外收费的早餐。
喜欢大房间。以前住过这里，发现卧室里仍然没有空调。在闷热的房间里很难入睡，我们打开休息室的空调，门开着，非常冷。不得不盖着床单睡觉。但这肯定不会影响我们的休息，我们来这里探亲时总是住在这里。
Pioneer Sands 地理位置优越，因为我们需要一套带停车位的两居室公寓，方便我年迈的岳母出行，她需要有人搀扶才能走路。
公寓宽敞、通风、干净，有一个可以俯瞰泳池区的小阳台。虽然我们没有在厨房做饭，但厨房又大又干净，还有洗碗机。
接待我们的团队非常友好，并为我们提供了帮助。
我们一定会再次入住 Pioneer Sands。
