Great motel,friendly staff,John was so kind &helpful.Good location,close to shops,kitchen was delightful,we felt very safe and the lift was a bonus also having the undercover car park made entry and exit so easy especially for elderly travellers.

The Lismore Gateway Motel Can was outstanding, definitely the best motel I’ve stayed in for work over the years. The cleanliness was next level and they have thought of absolutely every single detail to make the stay as comfortable as possible! Was a pleasure staying there

Beautifully redesigned motel with contemporary fit out. Felt so welcoming and comfortable. Thoughtful touches with a few supplies in the fridge. Gym was brand new, small but excellent, though would have been better to have swipe card access rather than needing to call out of hours to open.

Fantastic accomodation, beautifully renovated establishment. Comfortable beds, great finishes, functional common area with laundry and kitchen facilities. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Staff were great. Friendly, professional good knowledge about the area.

The location is within close walking distance to the town, shops and cafes. The motel is newly renovated, spacious and modern and the rooms are very comfortable with all amenities. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. When I made an error with my booking John at the front desk could not have been more helpful in sorting out my issue. All rooms are on the same level with lift access from the under cover parking area. Motel has a guest laundry.

Excellent service from John at reception was helpful and offered a number of suggestions. I stayed two nights and mostly walked to everything I needed to attend. The Lismore Gateway Motel was a real find that I wasn't expecting.
