Not worth the money. Booked on-line and got confirmation of room number, within 2 minutes got another confirmation with different room number and access code. Arrived and code didn't work, no reception, phoned and eventually got inside. The room smelled so.old and musty so had to spray room before we could stay there. Free wifi advertised was not available. No chairs to sit on. Crumbled white sheets on 3 beds, no bedspreads only 3 old musty discoloured blankets. Never again.

What national park mold on curtains and in shower did not get asked if i needed anything in 3 days couldn't park outside of the room they had a room full of teenagers who completely out of control so there was no relaxing after travelling

I am disappointed with the state of the room. It was not what I was expecting. The images did not match what was shown.
* Smelt horrible upon entry and lingered even after the aircon was switched on to try and air
* The floor was sticky, and when I walked on it with bare feet, I spent a good while trying to wash the dirt off my feet
* Overhead bed light buzzed continuously
* Wires hanging out from the ceiling
* The bed felt like it was just springs and no padding
* No extra pillows or blankets
* Appliances worked, but there were only cups, no cutlery to eat with
Also, using a pressure washer at 8:30 am. I know it was a Tuesday morning, but still, check-out was not expected until 10 am.
Will not be returning

We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending. The fact that onsite staff are always there added that extra safety and friendliness for me.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom had not been cleaned. Window luvers missing in the bathroom. Did not feel safe and slept with a chair pushed against the door.

Check-in was by emailed code as there was no one at reception. Having said that, the staff we met later were friendly and helpful.
房间状况一般。浴室的灯坏了。主卧的两盏灯只有一盏亮着，木工部分需要维修，其他房间也在装修。工作人员第一晚来查看过我们的情况，说第二天会来修，但并没有修好。
