非常棒的酒店！地理位置也很好，在最最CBD的位置能订到性价比这么高的酒店是我真的没想到的！！酒店的工作人员还给我们免费升级了小套房，加入会员还可以赠送早餐券！房间里还有各种厨具和餐具，买菜回来在酒店做也是没问题👍跟在家一样舒适😁
位置很方便b1直接通地铁站 房间在日本算面积大的酒店前台英文好方便沟通 住的第二天生日还送了小礼物 回酒店的时候路过前台帮我们办理入住的小姐姐看到我还祝我生日快乐 很暖心🥰 服务很好
入住的时候酒店失误，害我沟通了很久才能正常入住，帮忙升级了房间，空间很大，卫生尚可，但是前台依旧无人帮忙搬运行李。
这十年都住这，一年几次要住个把月，位置方便但之前一次有朋友在住期间在房间抽过一次烟，那之后每次入住都要提醒，真的很无语，能住十年的客户不知道有多少，但现在已经不想住那了你们做到了
这是东京最美的景色！我爱上这里了！酒店很棒：有毛巾浴袍，一个大厅，游泳池（不过需要提前预订），美味的咖啡，还有一整套带厨具的厨房！地铁就在附近，外围花园步行10分钟就到，地理位置简直完美。强烈推荐，下次我很乐意再住这里。
房间很大，地理位置特别好，属于闹中取静。楼下就是好几条线路，视野也很开阔面向皇居。下次出游还会想要订这家~
酒店位于高端写字楼区域，除了上下班时间都非常清静。楼下就是大手印町地铁站，去银座两站而已，非常方便。距离皇居步行距离5分钟吧，在核心区域闹中取静吧。B1整层是居酒屋，都需要提前预定，吃饭不怎么方便，附近步行十分钟有个食街，也可以自己买点，餐具齐全。酒店处处体现日式的高级感，光线舒服，每一样物品都很精致趁手，房间很大，分区清晰，床品也很舒服。早餐品种不多，少而精吧，蛋可以根据需求提供不同做法，服务挺到位的。前台和其他酒店相比算是热情的，每次进出都会打招呼，在日本不多见。大堂有个小小的画展，也挺有氛围的。有健身房、会议室，除了价格有点小贵，我是超级喜欢这一家的。
酒店地理位置便利，大手町站的入口就在同一栋楼的拐角处。周围还有几家24小时便利店。
我们住的房间面朝公园，日落时分能看到富士山，景色美不胜收。
房间本身干净宽敞，所需物品一应俱全，工作人员每天都会更换毛巾。
吸烟室在接待处附近，里面有两台自动售货机，非常方便。
唯一不足是泳池的开放时间结束得太早了，这有点奇怪，因为在东京逛街通常不会在晚上6-7点就结束。如果在长时间步行后，睡觉前能在泳池里舒展一下身体，那将是很棒的。
我一直是雅诗阁的忠实粉丝，但是东京雅诗阁着实让我大跌眼镜。入住时被告知入住的最后一天整个大楼都会断电，所以必须所有住客中午前离开房间，同时行李寄存也不可以，让我们自己拖着行李去花钱存到走路10分钟远的东京JR车站里(5个行李花了5000酒店也不提供任何补偿而且也不帮忙拖行李到车站)。更离谱的是当天半夜就开始断电了两次，导致洗衣机洗到一半中止不得不重洗一筐衣服。另外断电明明公告是从中午才开始，但是当天早餐就完全不供应了，入住时前台工作人员让我们注册新的ASR会员并给我们早餐券承诺任意一天都可以使用结果我们想使用的那天不供应早餐？开什么玩笑。请注意整个断电事故是我们入住时才告知我们，为什么不提前通知？整栋楼断电这么大的事故酒店必然是很早前就应该知道了，那么酒店提前通知的话我们也有时间选择别的酒店，结果酒店完全不作为使得我们入住时毫无其他选择余地，这在注重客户服务的日本令人完全无法接受！
