Toilet would barely work. The heat / air unit would not work at all not do any thing and it was a night that was getting down into the 40s.

Steps were solid ice
Shower handle was not attached. Barely able to get Shower to work. Toilet would not flush,ran water all night. Had to take tank lid off and push down flapper.
Carpet was filthy. Cheap rate, you getwhat you pay for.

Run down
This place is very run down. We only stayed because we were exhausted from driving the last two days. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The only thing good was we didn’t see any bugs. Paint was peeling, towel bar off the wall. Cold water tap in shower was broken.

They have charged me for the room and they’re supposed to clear it up tomorrow, but the man checking in and did not understand that they were going to be paid by ******* so it’s been really frustrating and confusing…..
