On arrival at the hotel I had to pay a deposit because I paid in advance through *******. The deposit was charged immediately on my bank account and was to be refunded sometime after check out. Not happy about this. Makes me think twice about booking through *******. Three days after checking out and I am still not sure if the deposit has been refunded.

While this is non-smoking hotel, our room smelled as if someone had been vaping in it, and on our second night, someone close to our room was vaping. Would have been 5-stars if that hadn’t been the case as everything was clean and staff was friendly.

As always this is my good too hotel always even if it's last minute book. The staff is friendly, courteous and goes above and beyond to make my stay welcoming. I was able to speak with Mr. John at the bar and was amazing!

Wasn’t able to check in on time due to computer issues. Instead of 3 pm it was 5 pm. Front desk personnel are not very friendly or helpful. Requested a handicap room. Which ended up on the 4th floor at a very long hallway with the ice machine on the very far end. If there had been an emergency, husband would not have been able to get out. We were by the stairway and outside wall. They were not willing to change our room to a more safe exit for a handicapped person. They charged my card $50 for essentials. Without mentioning that. I am still waiting for that money to be returned to my account. It’s been 6 working days so far. Never going there again.
