Staying at Radisson Blu Jammu has been an absolute letdown. For a room booked for 3 people, we were provided with only 1 dental kit, 1 water glass, and 2 towels. Basic amenities aside, the room had broken and uncovered smoke detectors, mould on the bathroom ceiling, and a visible crack in the wall—completely unacceptable and unsafe for a so-called premium hotel. After escalating these serious issues, the room was changed. Shockingly, the second room was even worse in terms of preparedness: 1 dental kit, 1 glass, and only 1 towel for three guests. While a few items were eventually delivered after multiple, repeated phone calls, something as basic as a water glass has still not been provided despite countless follow-ups. Guests should not have to beg repeatedly for essentials. The lack of attention to hygiene, safety, and basic service reflects extremely poor management. I am writing this while still staying at the hotel, and it is clear that this property does not live up to the Radisson brand standards at all. Would not recommend.

Service was best Manpreet and all the service team was best Need some improvement in non veg mutton items.Taste of starter Mutton kebabs was not good and were not hot.rest was ok Thanks and regards Arun
