I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Jammu for a special anniversary getaway with my family, hoping for a relaxing and memorable experience. Unfortunately, while there were a few positives, the overall stay fell short of expectations and left me disappointed. On the bright side, the room itself was clean and well-presented upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep despite other issues. The hotel staff also made an effort with the anniversary arrangements, setting up some nice decorations and amenities, which added a thoughtful touch—though it wasn't quite what I had envisioned or requested. However, the negatives outweighed these small wins. After my first hand negative experience of Business Class room, as per my complaint they changed my room and the new room was worst than the last one. The washroom was a major letdown due to poor maintenance. The broken tiles and dirty washbasin. The shower door wouldn't close properly and remained half-open, causing water to splash out onto the bathroom floor every time we used it. This created unnecessary mess and hassle. The jacuzzi was functional but average at best; more frustratingly, the sliding glass panel (like a window pane) separating it from the bedroom didn't work. We had our baby sleeping in the room and wanted to keep an eye on him through the glass while relaxing in the jacuzzi, but the mechanism was stuck, making that impossible. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, these maintenance lapses are unacceptable and really detracted from what should have been a celebratory trip. I overlooked some shortcomings because it was our anniversary, but I wouldn't recommend it without improvements. If you're planning a special occasion here, double-check details in advance or consider other options in Jammu.

The ambience around the property is absolutely wonderful and very soothing. The staff is cooperative, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.The location is very convenient infact on the highway itself. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Cleanliness around the policy is good as well. Noise level is low. Overall good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from everything was fresh and delicious. A special mention to Miss Manpreet from the restaurant section, who was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful with all our queries. Her service truly stood out. Thank you, Radisson, for creating such a beautiful masterpiece in Jammu. We had a memorable experience and would love to visit again!

A great new addition to Jammu! This was my first visit, and I was genuinely impressed. The food was delicious, the ambience was pleasant, and the space is quite comfortable. Manpreet was great in hosting. It’s well-suited for group lunches or dinners, making it a nice place to catch up with family, friends, or colleagues. Wishing the team continued success, Jammu definitely needed more such quality dining spaces.
