We regret that you have had to experienced the resort when we were affected by bad weather, when cleaning staff was not available to standby at our common facilities, attributing to the photos you have taken and shared here. We understood that you met John on your departuree but did not share reasons for your earlier departure, which we would have loved to learn so we can reflect to the team. We are also shocked with your claim that no one was available your arrival, despite I have met you at the resort 3 hours prior to check in time just after 10am and prioritise the cleaning so you can check in before 1pm. Your travel agent did reach out to us and we had refunded part of your stay in compensation, please reach out again if this was not reflected on your end.

My husband and I had a very relaxing, comfortable and amazing stay in our town house and would definitely come back. Jess was so lovely, helpful and polite. The resort is very close to the beach with a walking track at the rear that takes you right there, a short walk through. The sound of the waves are really helpful to get you to sleep every night. The pricing was quite reasonable too. Great for families or a group of friends.

I've been coming to this magical place since b4 covid. Whilst the beach is perfection the resort is run down and needs a good clean up. The pool area used to be pristine but pool is stained and needs good cleanse. The general surrounds all need a good shape up. I stayed in Unit 12 - mouldy curtains and cushions and the unit needs a good overhaul and clean. The toaster was dirty and definitely needed replacing. However I realise there are new managers on site and sincerely hope they're able to be supported by the owners and Body Coporate to reinvigorate the whole site as the location is certainly worthy of it. Peregian Beach is the best.

Clean, comfortable and a short stroll to the beach. Nice decks and the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep. Really enjoyed our break there. House was well stocked and had everything we needed.

My partner and I stayed in house 4 and we had such a great time, the place was tidy and well kept, the beds comfy, a heated pool for a night swim, a bath to relax in after a beach walk. Overall the site was awesome and the staff friendly and easy to deal with. We only had one issue with our stay and it not even being a direct fault of the resort, our neighbors dogs were incredibly disruptive and would not shut up through both day and night, every time we walked past 3 they would go ballistic, I hope for everyone else's sake they were only there for a short period of time. But other than that, it was a great trip

我们到达时那里没有人。钥匙在房间里。室外区域给人一种破旧、不整洁的印象。泳池边的厕所很脏，泳池也很脏。房间还可以，但是没有爱。硬椅子上没有垫子。浴室里的垃圾桶盖完全脏了。沙发有污渍。房子后面有一条街道，有相应的噪音。我们比计划提前一天出发。
该设施很棒而且干净。我们的公寓/房子很现代，布置舒适。公寓共有两层楼以上。底楼设有2间可通往露台的卧室和2间浴室。还有带烘干机的洗衣机。一楼设有宽敞的厨房/餐厅和起居区，配有海景大露台。一切都干净整洁。距离海滩非常近。你可以听到大海的咆哮声。
这真是个享受家庭度假的好地方。住宿条件非常好，空间宽敞，适合一家大小共度美好时光，又不会互相挤在一起。设施包括游泳池、网球场和烧烤区。我们每天都打网球，还在泳池边举办了一场很棒的家庭烧烤。地理位置优越。我们的房间距离沙滩约60米。无需穿过马路。太棒了。
一切都很好，但是……
位置、设施和设施都很完美。我们一家人感觉很舒服。
我们认为，维护和清洁有些被忽视。几个排水管堵塞了，感觉一半的灯泡坏了。即使入住 1 周，也只需支付 160 澳元即可更换床单和毛巾以及短期清洁服务。
我们会随时再次预订住宿，只能推荐它。
