Warning - cancellation policy and deposit policy are different across their various forms of booking confirmation emails and deposit emails. All I wanted to do was change the dates of my stay, in low season and well in advance of my stay (ie outside the 7 days per their email) and they said they can only move it if they charge a $75 cancellation fee. I have now cancelled and they have charged me $75 cancellation fee and a credit card fee which per their deposit email wasn’t supposed to be charged until I contacted them. Total cost of dealing with this business is $88 when we just wanted to stay with them. I would avoid.

When coming to Agnes this is our go to , clean rooms , comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen, well maintained resort great location , we don’t want to leave, we look forward to our next visit Thanks Leanne and staff for making our stay another great break away .

This is the second time my husband & I have stayed here but this time our adult son stayed with us so we asked for a two bedroom unit. Our sons bedroom had an ensuite with a TV & his own balcony. We had a top floor unit which overlooked the front so it caught the morning sun. My husband's & my bedroom also had an ensuite with a washer/dryer in it. The unit itself had a well set up kitchen with plenty of coffee, tea & sugar for the 3 nights we stayed. The accommodation is a short walk to Agnes Water beach & there are shops next door & across the road for groceries as well as other takeaway places. I'd like to mention Coral Sea fish & chips as well as Codies Place (down the street) were fabulous. My husband & son played golf at 1770 golf club & they said even though it's only 9 holes they went around again. The greens were well kept & they would definitely go back again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach, shops. The self contained apartment were great for us. We had two families in two rooms on the bottom floor. Great place to stay for us. If we ever go back to agnes, we would stay there again. Thank you agnes.

The resort is in a great location with easy access to beach and shops/cafes. Some rooms are much improved on others as they are all individually owned. Ours was a bit tired, other than the updated walk in shower. Great BBQ area by pool and the pool was excellent!

We stayed here for two nights, arriving after reception hours on the first night. Communication for check-in was comprehensive and we found our way to our apartment no problem at all. We were in a ground floor unit, facing the roadway. The first thing we noticed was how well presented the apartment was, and it was spotlessly clean. It was also cool with fans and aircon, very much appreciated on a hot, humid day. The kitchen had a full size fridge, and was well stocked with utensils and crockery. The large TV in the lounge area had access to streaming services, as did the wall mounted TV in the bedroom. The outdoor area had table and chairs and a small BBQ to use. The bathroom had a shower over bath set up, as well as a washing machine and dryer. We felt very much at home in this apartment. The only thing we would change are the pillows on the bed - they were a bit flat for us as we like sleeping with the head of the bed raised. Personal preference of course. The bed was otherwise quite comfortable. There is a procession of people walking back and forth on the pathway out front during the day as the main beach is at the end of the street. An easy walk from the apartment to the beach, as well as to the shopping complex nearby. We can recommend the Round Hill pizza for dinner, very tasty. The cafe makes a great coffee too and we noticed the fish and chip shop was very popular. Over the road from the shops and next to the petrol station you'll find a van selling fresh seafood, we had the best prawns from here. You're also just down the road from beautiful 1770, a must to explore when you're in this region. We really enjoyed our stay here, and grateful we were able to get an apartment at reasonably short notice. We'll be back!

Fantastic accommodation, with shops and beach all within walking distance. Only a short trip to the Marina and 1770. Staff were very accommodating too when we needed to change room specs at last minute. Will definitely be returning. Can't recommend highly enough.

Beautiful place, very nice and well decorated apartment good located only a few meters from the beach, very nice and helpful people at the reception, they help us all the time organizing trips and answering all questions (kangaroo 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂)

We didn’t expect this level of accommodation. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. So big, amazing balcony, so comfortable and had great facilities. We could not recommend these apartments more. The bathroom was exceptional, there was a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen had everything you needed and the balcony had a bbq and enough seating to relax and eat a meal.
