Lovely rooms, but the hallways, including the wall paint and the carpets are dingy and give off the vibe of one of those dodgy motels you see in 1980's B-grade movies. I'm not sure if they're about the paint the walls, but there are patches near the floor area, plus the carpets are really dirty. It's such a shame, as the actual rooms are lovely. Yes, the bathrooms and kitchenettes are tired, but clean. It's just those horrible hallways....

We were meeting friends in the city and didn't want to travel back down the peninsula afterwards. Hotels in the CBD were premium priced because of the Chinese New year so went for somewhere out of the city but easily accessible. Loved the old school, separate clearly marked taps. Proximity to tram line & Spacious

Good value and location, convenient to the central business distriction and bayside suburbs. Room was neat and tidy and more than big enough. Given the work-from-home trend St Kilda Road, at least in January, was quiet. A practical base from which to experience central Melbourne.

The location outside CBD is great and then easy to access. Neighborhood is nice. Not to much shop close though. Close to parks and beach. The hotel is quiet and clean. I definitely recommend this place. Restaurant was close as they are renewing the place so don't count on it

We booked direct with the hotel. The young man was lovely and very helpful. However, we didn't know that arriving before the 2pm check-in time you are charged an additional $25. There is no disabled car park in the underground secure parking area - you park in the driveway at the front of the building. The room had a small kitchenette with microwave. The bed was large and comfortable but the room was old and tired and not what we expected. We won't be staying there again.

Was advertised as fully self contained apartment yet there was no savoury supplies (salt/pepper etc). There was no small kitchen utility knife only a huge chefs knife. If you are going to advertise as fully equipped, make sure it is fully equipped. Otherwise the accommodation was good and clean. The staff were nice and friendly.

We planned our stay for two nights. The lobby is very clean and inviting, with a lovely clean fragrance as you enter. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful. We were located on the 3rd floor in a one bedroom apartment. A semi kitchen that seemed to be tidy until you looked closely. The layout of the room was nice with a comfy couch. The bed felt a little firm but I still had an ok sleep. We took our own pillows so not sure what the pillows were like. I did plan to cook breakfast in the morning but multiple negatives changed my mind about cooking here. The electric frying pan was dirty. There was no egg flip so cooking eggs was out of the option. Every bowl and plate was dirty and put back in the cupboard. the cups were ok but I put everything in the dishwasher to ensure it was clean. The microwave was filthy. The rubbish bin was full with a dirty pair of underwear sitting in the top. There were no extra garbage bags. I neatly stacked my rubbish on the bench prior to leaving but every plate and bowl was clean for the next guest. I wish the one prior to me could have given the same courtesy. Also would have been nice if the cleaners had done their job. Location was good for us for our city stay for a family members b'day. Not a place I would suggest to stay as value for money went out the window due to the dirtiness. I don't need high and luxury but I do want a CLEAN ROOM. Unfortunately Park Regis didn't provide me value for money. The staff member who checked us out wasn't that interested in what I had to say about the room and requested I send an email. I've done that and left a public review due to the lack of trying to make our stay a little better. I paid good money for a dirty room.
