We had a 4 night tribute break at this hotel in November and were amazed at the value for money for this all inclusive break. The staff were very helpful and cheerful also the entertainment team were fantastic with special shoutouts for Jax and Maya who had a fantastic singing voice.

Was looking for a hotel next to the beach, I saw this one had a pool and looked great for relaxing. Unfortunately I couldn’t even get in to the building due to 4 rather aggressive Indian security personnel and it became obvious the hotel is closed for illegal immigrants. This means it will be closed for the foreseeable and I will never use it.

Security on the front of the hotel gave us a very unwelcoming experience. As soon as we drove in front of the hotel they ran out of the doors with very threatening and intimidating attitude. I will not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Rude staff and security. The conduct of these people towards members of the public is disappointing. Various rude staff and security operate this hotel. I would be very weary of visiting this hotel in the future. I can confirm that I have reported their behaviour to the relevant organisations.

Dear whom this may concern I am writing about our stay in your hotel in Bournemouth on the night of Saturday 21st till 22nd when we arrived we went to reception and spoke with a gentleman behind the desk we explained we had a Groupon voucher but he stated that we never used it correctly so I had to pay another £106 which I didn’t mind doing as I was treating my partner for a birthday gift as we went to our room there was no instruction of where to go no help provided we managed to find our room then went for a walk to the pier as we come back we went back to our room and our key card did not work in the door so we went down to reception to get some help we asked a lady behind the desk if should could help us but as we was queuing she had her head down to the flood and didn’t look interested in helping anyone what so ever as we approached her we explained the situation she took our name but the gentleman that booked us in placed my name down on the system as my last name odell I told her my last name many amounts of times and she was very rude and abrupt she replied in a funny tone and said that she didn’t understand properly and if we was in romania we would be killed because we said the last name was a very English name was not hard to pronounce or miss on the system anyways ignoring that situation we then got the key card and went back to our room when we then discovered that room was a absolute state the curtains where black stained bath tub was green the water stunk holes in the door the windows was damaged continually cigarette smelt smoke rising up into our room I was shocked of how bad the service and bedroom was it took us 3 hours to get to this hotel and didn’t expect this service what so ever I have a Groupon voucher and I can’t a refund from this but I most definitely will not be coming back to stay in this hotel the reason for writing this complaint I would like a full refund and an apology from the rude staff receptionist as this is no way to treat your customers I am disgusted in her behaviour and attitude towards customers shouting over the desk as there were other people waiting in line there I would like to hear back asap Kind regards Chelsea Odell

I planned to stay two nights, but left after one as the Service was non existent, room was dirty,shower was terrible and when I went to go complain they said it’s best I leave and they refused to refund me. What an awful experience and I can not put into word how pathetic this place is

I am a disabled person with a blue badge we arrived at the hotel a a man at the back of the check-in desk give me your PASSPORT. I replied not got it with me l am British l gave him my driving licence he said sidebottom l replied yes the Indian lady behind the counter laughing. What a name !!! . I then was told that my disability room had been given to a blind person and the only room was up a flight of 12 steps and l am in a wheelchair get real .the so called manager arrived and said can you do the 12 steps l said no l then got on to Manchester bookings head office and the lady found the booking she spoke with the manager and he just walked off like it was not is problem so as we had been driving for four hours my partner said come on we can't stay here so try finding a hotel on Friday night and could not find one so drove 4 hours home would never use this company again the front desk staff need retaining and treat people with respect and the duty manager needs sacking. Plus as we were at the desk another man had problems with his booking .it's very true what these reviews say keep a way from this hotel .
