公寓面积很大，环境优美安静，但最重要的是管理非常出色！
非常宽敞的公寓，享有绝佳的海景。整个单元均配备空调。它有一个完整的厨房和大量的烹饪用具。当地的商店和餐馆就在几步之遥。现场经理非常友好和乐于助人。毛巾和床单非常清新干净。唯一的缺点是没有足够的洗发水和沐浴露供整个五口之家（3 名成人和 2 名青少年）使用，当我们要求额外套装时，我们被询问并被告知这是我们所能得到的全部。也许我太敏感了，但他似乎对我非常粗鲁和粗心。我最终不得不从便利店买了几瓶，我们把它们留在那里供下一组客人享用。除此之外，住宿相当不错，令人愉快。
房间很干净，有一间大卧室和两间浴室（本来是三居室的公寓，但由于公寓里只有我一人，所以经理关闭了两间卧室）。洗衣机/烘干机非常好。可以步行到海滩和镇上的几家餐馆和小市场。
我强烈推荐位于三一海滩的罗伊登海滨公寓，作为市中心酒店生活的替代选择。但是，请注意，从机场前往公寓和返回机场不仅费用昂贵，而且并不总是提供常规服务。
安全的海滨物业，社区氛围浓厚。步行海滩和步道近在咫尺。安静安全的社区内可欣赏海景。步行即可到达餐厅。开车前往机场很方便。管理人员很好。靠近许多景点。距离繁忙的凯恩斯市中心 30 分钟路程。
住宿条件非常好，我们住的是两间卧室、两间浴室的海景房，而且房间很大！位置很棒，就在海滩边，老板很棒，乐于助人！
