Arrived at 2:30 to only find out our room hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t ready for us to check in. Subsequently couldn’t check into our room until 5pm. Upon checking to our room there was rubbish in the bathroom bin, food scraps under the fridge in the kitchen and there wasn’t a doona cover on the main bed. Seems like a great venue, but just a disappointing experience.

We stayed in one of the cabins and found it to be quite old and in need of a good clean and some updates. The park itself was very busy with lots of families, which made it quite noisy with loud music and rowdy groups partying late into the night. Not sure if the park has a noise curfew, but it certainly wasn’t respected or enforced if there is. There also wasn’t anything within walking distance for coffee or food. Good pool and lots to do for kids but overall wouldn’t return.

Our room was alittle run down. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Family friendly perfect for kids to spend their day in the park at the multiple areas such as the pools, waterpark, jumping pillow, playgrounds and games room.

The unit was reasonable clean however when the bathroom was cleaned ,staff overlooked to clean behind the door which had hair. The shelves on the front door of the fridge were mostly missing.

When deciding to have a BBQ the hot plates would not heat after trying 3 out 4 plates to ignite.( Would not say I didn’t follow instructions as there was only one button to push) Left in disbelief

We went off peak, so it was lovely and quiet.

Stayed in a cabin which had a beautiful view over the river. Great birdlife and wildlife.

We had our own transport, but took advantage of the courtesy buses available to visit the clubs.
