我不知道为什么人们会给这家酒店9分。入住后，我非常失望。我以前住过快捷假日酒店。这家酒店一直维护得很好，而且设施齐全。这家酒店太脏了。我房间里的沙发上满是污渍，我都不敢坐。墙上还有脚印。我甚至怀疑自己离开时会不会有虫子。我要求换房间，但他们却拒绝了。千万不要！
他们收费过高，而且提前扣款。
我预订了房间，要求抵达后付款，但酒店在我抵达前三天就扣款了。我到店后跟他们说了这件事，他们说是*******扣的。然而，我跟他们说，我的卡上显示他们已经扣款了。工作人员不接受，拒绝给我住宿收据，结果这笔钱又出现了。前台工作人员真是个大问题。
我妻子的戒指在酒店房间里被偷了。这件事我及时报告给了酒店经理，但他说他无能为力。我对此感到非常失望，因为戒指被放在桌子上，清洁人员敲门来打扫房间。我们离开房间大约二十分钟，回来时戒指不见了。
我住过的最干净的酒店。真的印象深刻。如果以后再来这附近，我一定会再次预订。前台的小伙子，抱歉我记不住他的名字了，但他非常热情好客，乐于助人，而且很踏实。
