The staff were excellent - friendly and courteous. The room itself smelled a little like a damp mop, but I would put this down to the humid conditions during my stay - there may be value in cleaning the AirCon unit.
I was asked my email address so the Tax Invoice could be delivered, and then within 24 hours I had received 4 unsolicited emails from Best Western & the hotel. One of these was received after I had asked the hotel to stop sending them. I had to remind the hotel to send the Tax Invoice,

Traditional comfortable motel, which was great for a one night stay. Good bed in a ground level room. Friendly staff. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had heard it was good. It is on a main road, but we couldn't hear any traffic noise.

房间和照片不符。房间本身的窗帘很脏，从栏杆上掉下来，根本就不是遮光窗帘。家具也不配套，床头柜也摇摇晃晃。屋顶上有个服务孔，半塌了。我付了钱订了一张大床，结果只订了一张双人床。浴室的瓷砖从墙上脱落，门框有裂缝，浴缸/淋浴间里，一块廉价的塑料窗帘挂在生锈的淋浴栏杆上。浴缸/淋浴间没有扶手或台阶，进出肯定很危险。酒店承诺会提供一流的生活用品，但最终也没提供，不过沐浴露和洗发水、洗手液都一样好用。
入住时，我受到了热情接待，但之后就没打算去餐厅，所以我们去了马路对面的Rydges酒店，那里的员工和体验完全相反。
一共花了我414美元。离开这个地方——去 Rydges 酒店。
维护很差。入住时没有毛巾和纸巾，窗帘破损，踢脚板脏兮兮的，马桶座圈破损，淋浴玻璃底部积聚了肥皂残留物，雨淋式花洒喷头上积聚了某种物质使其褪色，所以我们改用了普通的花洒，而且淋浴排水管看起来很脏。
