We wanted to reschedule our trip because of the storm. The front desk was very nice and asked to ask the manager for us. The manager's attitude was very bad because we were not native English speakers and she was very impatient. We couldn't reschedule and went in the storm. As a result, the kitchen in the room was full of cockroaches, still alive, in the morning cabinet where the kettle and various tableware were in the kitchen.

环境：地理位置不错，隔壁高尔夫球场非常开阳，很舒服
服务：自助式服务 毕竟小镇
卫生：中规中矩可以接受的程度
Narooma最好的酒店了，环澳路上很推荐的酒店，海景太惊艳了，硬件一般，没有电梯，上楼得自己抬行李箱。门口的高尔夫club用餐还可以，有机会有时间可以去挥两杆
本以为汽车旅馆不咋样，结果太超预期了，房间外就是大海，美爆了，房间内也挺不错的！
环境：近海边景点。
很棒的地方，有海景，房间又大又干净。唯一的问题是晚上能听到楼上有人走动的声音，而且走廊的灯光会照进来。
出行当日因为暴风雨，想改期，前台态度很好，说帮我问一下经理，当日早上经理的态度非常非常差，因为我们不是英语母语，经理各种没有耐心。最后因为无法改期我们冒着暴风雨去，结果房间厨房里到处都是蟑螂，还是活的，在存放烧水壶和各种餐具的柜子里。我们早上起来还跑到了桌上。

酒店的位置很好，离景点近，有个很漂亮的游泳池。对面马路是面朝大海的高尔夫球场。车可以直接停在房间门口旁边，出入也很方便。周边也很安静。
best of all！真正的海景房，躺在床上也能看到海，前面是漂亮的高尔夫球场，连停车场都是海景。秒杀一堆号称海景的五星。
房间干净、设施完善、可以做饭，阳台还超级大，性价比很高。
reception甚至在checkout以后还发短信告诉哪里可以买生蚝，很贴心！
房间非常不错，环境很好，靠海，视野也很不错。我感觉很值得，价格性价比还是很高的，每天早上酒店有牛奶送
房间有很大的味道，像是刚装修过，包括卫生间和衣柜抽屉里的味道都非常大，联系工作人员想更换房间无果，一直通风到第二天早上都很大味道。哎。要不是当晚其他酒店也都订不到了，真想换掉。
