Room was very good and clean,staff were very helpful an accommodating.breakfast was good only problem was that the plates weren’t hot and you had to eat your food quickly before it went cold.

We had a great stay, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff on reception and a particularly lovely staff member at breakfast. We also enjoyed using the pool and sauna/steam room as part of our stay.

The bedrooms were in poor condition. The desk was all chipped and dated. The bathroom door looked like it had been pulled out a skip. Bathroom had mould and holes not filled in. Carpet stained. Loads of cob webs. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Improve food & room bathrooms, otherwise ok
Good: Lots of free parking, good location for transport links, quite a large hotel, good efficient check-in, spacious modern bedroom with comfy bed and sockets/charging next to bed
Bad: Lobby/bar area a bit lifeless, food very average, room bathroom needed updating, stains on the room carpet, slow wi-fi

这家酒店非常明亮。提着行李上下楼梯去房间有点困难，除非能预订无障碍房间，否则我不会再选这家。餐厅的厨师Ken非常棒，他满足了我的素食需求，人也很友好，服务一流。
