总体满意,酒店提供烧水壶,不提供牙刷拖鞋。冬季性价比比较高。距离大学近,印象较好,办理入住没有收取押金,只记录了信用卡。

干净卫生 交通很方便 离悉尼大学很近 机场滴滴打车过去26分钟 非常好的酒店除了早餐品种少一点 其他都非常棒
是悉尼住到的最像国内连锁酒店的酒店,在酒店内感觉就没吃国,熟悉的装修和风格。可能就是中国人装修设计的。只是临时一晚。早餐还行
大部分员工都很友好,当我询问我和朋友能否住同一层楼时,他们说如果有空房间就可以,结果确实有,所以给我换了房间。大多数员工都很友好(不得不说,女员工比男员工更友好)。当我打电话反映WiFi问题时,男前台接的电话,他听起来非常不耐烦和傲慢,这让人很不愉快。
我不确定这是否是常见问题,但我挂了“请打扫房间”的牌子,回来时牌子被翻了过来,但房间并没有打扫,也许是有人动了我的牌子?我不确定……

前台接待员非常友善。停车场设计得非常糟糕。床很舒服,尽管我预订的是大床房,但我们只得到了一张普通双人床。
浴室根本没打扫干净。淋浴间里有上一个客人用过的肥皂,护发素泵头上粘着头发,一扇浴帘不见了,剩下的一扇也很脏。淋浴墙上全是肥皂垢。空调很吵,感觉一点也不给力。我们无法调节风扇或将温度调高到26度以上。杯子也不是很干净。很高兴看到有代糖(Equal)可供选择,但牛奶不好喝。而且没有免费饼干?能延迟到上午11点退房很棒:)
