That’s not the standard we strive for, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.That being said, while our team is always expected to provide a welcoming experience, they do also need to focus on their screens and notes to ensure a smooth check-in—especially when juggling 40 reservations at once! 噪音水平不太好,车来车往。房间很旧,闻起来很臭。床虽然干净,但闻起来有点像陈旧的尿味,右侧还有一处潮湿的地方。我跟客房服务部反映过,但问题也就到此为止了。优点是,酒店有洗衣房,附近也有不错的餐厅。我不会再住那里了,因为这家汽车旅馆急需翻新和升级。
入住(3 月 12 日星期三下午 2 点)时,一位年轻女士的服务很糟糕,她甚至懒得看我们一眼,非常冷淡,不热情。
