Hotel and breakfast were good. To connect the TV to your streaming account, like Netflix, was overly complicated. Previously in hotels, you would just click the app and sign in. Now it's a complicated process of pairing your smartphone to the TV and going through a complicated process of casting the service. As such, we couldn't watch Netflix.

住得还不错，但入住时前台应该告知我们早上七点会有装修施工的噪音。要是提前知道，我们可能就会选择其他酒店了。

我们被告知下午2点回来办理入住，结果2点刚过就回来了，却被告知房间还没准备好，并要求15分钟后回来。我们15分钟后回来，被告知房间已经准备好了，然而当我们拿到钥匙时，女服务员还在打扫10分钟。阳台门没有锁，很不安全。嘎嘎作响的管道让我们无法入睡，发霉破旧的浴室看起来糟透了。没有电梯，带着婴儿车和行李上二楼很不方便。我们取消了下一晚的住宿，去了其他地方。
订错了日期，无法立即联系 wotif 或 ******* 取消。真是浪费钱……以后再也不用第三方预订住宿了
总体来说还可以。第二次入住这家酒店。可惜的是，这次有两位员工不太友好/专业。前台办理退房手续时态度也不太友好。我们的房间下午2点还没准备好，我们带着一个小孩等了20-25分钟，这很不方便。前台接待员也不是很友好/专业。晚餐时段的两位员工非常友好，服务周到，让我们的用餐体验更加愉快。可惜的是，早餐那位女士不太友好，说话的语气听起来像是讨厌自己的工作，不想待在那里。清洁人员很友好。
地理位置优越，位于市中心，紧邻水边，交通便利。
我们的房间很干净，而且是新装修的。
噪音：公共假日期间，工人装修钻孔的噪音打扰了我。酒店信息需要升级。酒店条件如此，价格过高
房间干净整洁，浴室很新。靠近市区。
房间很潮湿，我妻子在那里睡了一觉后身上起了伤痕
