After reviewing your reservation and discussing with our Front Office Manager, I can see that the Unit you were initially allocated did encounter a minor issue with some mould ingress near the AC unit. Unfortunately dealing with mould ingress is an issue with many properties here in Far North QLD during the wet season. We sincerely apologise that your initial room was affected. I understand that you were moved to another unit the next morning and the team followed up with you to ensure you were happy with the new Unit.Again, we are sincerely sorry that your initial impression of us did not meet expectation however we were committed to setting things right and we hope that the remainder of your stay was comfortable and that you enjoyed Port Douglas region.We look forward to welcoming you again one day and have no doubt that your next stay experience would be much improved.Kind Regards,Paul - General Manager

Thank you for highlighting this and I am sincerely sorry you were affected. Rest assured this is not the norm.Regarding your feedback about carparking, there is usually enough bays available however during periods of high occupancy parking may be strained. Parking whether it be in our car park or on the street is always at your own risk however we are so sorry that your experience using the car park wasn't as expected.In addition, the Cairns and Port Douglas regions has experienced ongoing supply issues with our linen supplier over the past few months and as a direct result has impacted a number of properties and supply shortages of hotel linen. Whilst it is not an excuse for service lapses you mention, we do want to highlight that the supply of linen from our provider is not always in our control.Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it is only through such feedback that we can address any concerns or feedback that may have otherwise been overlooked.We look forward to welcoming you back in the future where I am sure your experience will be greatly improved.Kind Regards,Paul - General Manager

酒店很漂亮，泳池、庭院都一尘不染。员工非常热情周到（尤其是那位英国女孩），而且离镇中心和港口都不远。床单和毛巾都非常干净，他们甚至还提供了沙滩/泳池毛巾。我们唯一觉得不足的是，由于正值淡季，酒店正在进行一些维修工作，所以有点吵闹，而且泳池酒吧的酒水供应也不够充足。早餐只有酸面包和鳄梨酱，我们很想吃鸡蛋！酒店为我们提供了一个价格合理的升级房间，并且允许我们在退房时将房间使用时间延长几个小时（超过上午10点）。总的来说，我们很享受在泳池边放松的时光，而且觉得这个价格已经考虑到了这些小问题。
到达入口很漂亮，但也仅此而已。大厅里弥漫着潮湿的气味，房间没有热水服务。我付费升级到带热水的房间，被告知会像原来的房间一样有一张特大床。到达新房间后，经过一整天的旅行，发现只有一张大床，而且很晚才换房，再换一次实在太不方便了。去了成人泳池，那里很脏，到处都是树叶。总体来说，住宿体验一般，有点失望。
位置很棒，只是有些破旧。
这是一个可爱的度假村，拥有一个更大的泳池，老少皆宜。我们住的是一楼的房间，可以直接通往泳池。房间较小，所以如果不想待在室内，可以坐在阴凉的露台上休息。地理位置优越，靠近城镇和海滩。只是需要升级一下，早餐非常糟糕。
早餐很好。
房间很小而且很脏。每 7 天清洁一次。
自己处理垃圾。
非常宽敞... 10 分钟即可到达接待处。
我们绝对不会推荐它。
大堂附近有一个漂亮的泳池和鱼塘。景观一尘不染，房间空调极佳，温度可轻松调节。整体非常干净、舒适
真的很普通。汽车旅馆的房间很差。
下次会去别的地方。
性价比不高，不推荐。
我不喜欢住一间霉菌滋生的房间。房间不干净，而且没有提供标准服务。非常失望
