The managers Chris and Christine were extremely helpful. There was a mix up with the booking but they sorted it out and cleaned the room for us themselves.

We enjoyed being close to everything and the kids loved the pool. The overall cleanliness of the place was ok but obvious that things were missed. The dishwasher and washing machine smelt awful. Our swimmers still smell like it after washing them at home. The toilet was coming off the floor and the curtain backing is dusting off onto the floor making the floor slippery. The location is great and the staff were very accommodating but the unit we stayed in definitely needs some upgrades.

Thanks to Chris and Christine for your help and hospitality. Noosa Keys is very near Gymie Terrace with lots of restaurants and ferry stop into Noosa Heads. The supermarket is also close by The unit was very clean and well kept, the pool and bbq area were well maintained I would recommend this resort for a holiday

We have stayed here a couple of times over the past year always as a family. The location for Noosaville is very good. Short walk to the shops, cafes etc and located near to the jetty for a ferry to Noosa. This is very much a family oriented resort and the price point is excellent compared to other places locally. The pool and BBQ areas are nice and well kept. The gardens are also nice. On our recent stay we were in flat 21 which is upstairs overlooking the pool, the majority of the apartments look North facing towards the pool, all are backed by a main road. Personally it didn’t bother me on either visits with one small exception I will come to. Most of the apartments have an outdoor aspect. We stayed in apartment 26 this break, it was overall much larger than the last one we stayed in and was well furnished but oddly had no real outdoor space you could enjoy. What might once have been a balcony is a covered in space with one bed settee in it, the rear balcony is a nice space but overlooking the road and not furnished for outdoor eating. My husband loved this apartment, more private than the others and looked like it had recently been painted etc. The kitchen needed some TLC though, doors were badly fitting and the fronts scratched. For families or prefer more privacy this place may not work as there is one toilet and a very small bathroom in each apartment. My choice would still be to stay in the main block being honest. There was some noise coming from a neighbouring property and it’s also over the car park which provides some low level disturbance. Overall we like this place for family holidays. It’s not really a couple retreat IMHO but if you fancy a cheaper break together you’d do worse. It’s quiet ( if the road isn’t an issue for you). Everyone is nice and pleasant, including the people who own and live in some of the apartments. The apartments we’ve used are nicely furnished, if a bit lacking on seating. Some people may be disappointed that there is no Netflix etc on the smart TVs, we tried to stream by hot-spotting and casting from our phone but it wasn’t possible! It’s not a massive issue but I’d say people will expect this sort of availability in hotels now. Very much a typical Australian style apartment accomodation, overall clean, has all the amenities you’d expect, washer, dryer and aircon in the main room. The price point reflects the lack of more modern ensuite bathroom facilities and and general age of the apartment spaces. I will stay again and I would recommend to you g families and family groups who want a nice quiet holiday within walking distance of Noosaville river front.

This is a great place to stay- easy access, close to Gympie Terrace and to shops and restaurants, and with great facilities. Many guests, like us, were repeat stayers. Very friendly, helpful and obliging staff and operators, and easy to use BBQs.

Overall this accomodation was value for money. We stayed in apartment 21 which was nicely furnished, had plenty of plates, cups and utensils. The part meant is clean and comfortable, the beds were good too. The bathroom and kitchen were quite well fitted out. There is only one toilet and bathroom but that’s clear when you book. It is advertised as a 6 bed three bedroom. A draw back for some people might be that the third room is a very small loft bedroom. OK for kids but has limitations. There is also a main road adjacent to the property, it wasn’t an issue for us but light sleepers might avoid for that reason. Close to bars and walk to the river and restaurants. While a little dated it is good value and great family resort.

We stayed in apartment no 9 and there was a bad smell in every room and mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom door was falling apart and the tap was loose. The reception was closed when we arrived, even though it was 3 pm, so we spent a night there. All apartments are next to a busy street so it's very difficult to sleep there. When we talked to Christine from the reception we found out the apartment was recently flooded which explains the odor and the mold. She said she couldn't fix the door (which was damaged by the flooding) and the tap because the apartment was booked all the time. It should have been put on hold and properly cleaned and the broken things fixed. The sofa was stinky and worn out and all appliances were old. It looked like the place was furnished in the 1980s and nothing has been updated since then. When we reported the issues to Christine she became very defensive and replied we get what we pay for so we decided to leave immediately. The photos on the website don't reflect the real conditions of the rooms.

Great location, lovely outdoor facilties. As it is on a main road, the fri night traffic did wake us up - nosy road.
