The room and food were very good, as were the staff, but everywhere was very cold. The swimming pool was stark, utilitarian and lacked any atmosphere. Walking around the hotel, I was reminded of a student's halls of residence.
If you want a specific spa treatement, then it would be great, but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy a swim, I wouldn't recommend it

Place was cold no heating on.
Sauna was warm not hot and steam room not on and when was not steamy

Clean room and spa, nice staff bar and reception, beautiful gardens. Was booked last minute as we were unable to travel home and stayed the next day for the spa. Would 100% come again :)

Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we checked in the staff were very accommodating. Our room was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa which was superb. We then relaxed with room service. A wonderful stay and will definitely return.

住得很愉快，但我应该不会再选择周六晚上了。平时工作日来会更划算，人也少。
我们的房间一尘不染，床很舒服，淋浴也很棒。泳池和热水浴区都很不错。不过需要注意的是，这里每周有三节（仅限会员）水中有氧操课，会占用整个泳池，而且学员们会在课前进行热身——所以上课的时候泳池会很拥挤。这里还有很多其他（适合课前参加的）课程、理疗项目以及设备齐全的健身房（当然，所有这些都对会员开放）。餐食选择丰富，味道也很棒，而且员工都很热情友好。
放松身心的好去处。地理位置优越，推荐给所有想要享受二人世界的伴侣。
