Ideal for a short stopover. The small motel is about 2 miles from the centre and there is little else around. However there is a bus stop Coq de Argent about 150 yards away where the bus line A will take you to the centre(it is beautiful and historic) for one euro thirty. Taxi cost is 15 euros and at night are few and far between. Had to wait over an hour and a half after arriving at the bus station and then walking to the taxi rank [500 yds at the Rotond] on a Sunday night. Rooms are basic, clean and tidy and the bathroom and shower are great. TV only gets French. Beds are comfy and there is a bit of wardrobe space. Large car park, gated entry available 24hrs. Check in simple. Small dining/breakfast room with decent food at reasonable prices. As with other local places drinks are a bit expensive. The outside patio and pool are a bonus. Stayed as a couple and noticed a few Welsh rugby fans staying for the October world cup. All in all a pleasant stay.

La jeune femme se lance pour m’accueillir mais demande à son collègue de faire mon checkin car déjà en ligne avec un client. J’ai du attendre qu’elle finisse avec le client au téléphone. Chambre conforme à la charte campanile. Malgré chauffage, j’ai eu un peu froid dans la chambre, surtout après la douche. Parking fermé la nuit. Un peu cher.
