Reserved room with 2 queens. I received a call at 3pm on day of check-in and stated that a room with 2 queens was not available, but offered a room with a King and pull our sofa. Upon arrival, at about 5pm, I was told there was another change and the only thing that could be provided was a king with fold up beds. I needed bedding for four people to sleep. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. Getting a call the afternoon that I was supposed to check-in is not satisfactory. In fact, it's very unsatisfactory. A sofa bed or two fold up beds are not equivalent to a queen bed. But I was informed so late, I had no other choice. There were no other options available at that point.
The staff was kind and did their best so I can't fault them at all. I blame the management for putting the staff in that situation. I will not be booking with hotel again.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. The remote of the tv was sticky. The room had a crack and cold air came through that all night. The sofa bed was extremely bad quality. It was not an upgrade from 2 queen to 1 king. I did not have a chance to decline the upgrade as they weee sold out.
Overall the experience was not very good.

I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay. The TV wasn't working, and I asked for the WiFi code so my daughter could watch shows online. Unfortunately, I was told the code couldn’t be provided, and instead, I was offered a free item from the market, which didn’t help.
I believe providing the WiFi code would have been a better solution.
